Nate had the day off work for Juneteenth and since we had plenty of worms leftover, we planned to go fishing at the hurshtown reservoir. It was cool and overcast this morning and too windy to rent a row boat so we fished from shore. We had very little luck. I did catch this tiny little blue gill. Jameson’s soccer game was canceled due to standing water on the fields. So we thought why not try again in the evening at the ponds in our neighborhood. We had so much better luck. At one point Jameson caught 4 or 5 fish in row. Nate caught a small mouth bass early and then got busy helping Jameson. Before we left, we really wanted him to catch one more. So then he catches this tiny blue gill.
